Eligibility Information
New clients are asked to call the Intake Hotline, or complete the Online Intake application, to determine eligibility for services. Eligible clients will receive legal advice through the Hotline and may be referred to the nearest Legal Aid Society office for additional services based on available resources. Most clients with household incomes are under 125% of the Federal Poverty Level.
