Third Circuit – Circuit Court

Overview

The Circuit Court of the Third Circuit has three locations: Hilo, Kona and Waimea. The Circuit Court decides civil and criminal cases to include probate, guardianship, cases where the contested amount exceeds $40,000 and criminal felony cases, and criminal misdemeanor jury trials.
